Gabrielle and Francisco are some of the chillest people I know (suspiciously chill for an Enneagram Type 1 like myself). Their wedding day in New Hampshire was set to the tone of getting ready in the house Gabrielle grew up in; her brothers making them pour over coffee, her family going on last minute store runs to pick up finishing touches for their suits. Breakfast all together. Lots of hugs. Lots and lots of laughter.
As Gabrielle got ready we chatted about her being back in New Hampshire, as Francisco and her live in Honduras. So much had changed since she had lived in this home. They were living in Honduras full time now; what started out as her working as a teacher turned into her falling in love with the country, meeting her soulmate & settling down.
The rest of the afternoon was spent shooting near her hometown, wading through the tall grass (which she did so effortlessly in her ethereal BHLDN dress), and soaking up the summer sun.
Their wedding took place at the beautiful venue, La Piece, where they had an intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. The reception was full of dancing (read: all the reggaeton & hips). I don’t think there was any point in the night where the dance floor wasn’t full.
Everything about their day was intimate & love-filled and I was privileged to capture it all.
All my love to you both,
